Direct Service Provider- DSP
Holistic Homecare Agency is looking for caring, compassionate, and energetic DSPs to provide supportive living to seniors and individuals with Intellectual Disabilities in our facility, or the clients home in the San Joaquin area. DSP assists clients with daily living and personal care services in their home or our facility. At Holistic, clients care and respect is a core value. We are currently hiring for employment in San Joaquin county area.
Responsibilities
- Assist client with household tasks
- Transport and accompany individuals to doctors appointments or community outings.
- Administer simple prescribed medications (if certified)
- Assist individuals with personal care.
- Log individuals provided services
- Provide companionship and basic emotional or psychological support
Skills
- Current CPR certificate
- First Aid training
- Valid driver’s license
- Current vehicle insurance
- Drivers abstract
- High school diploma or GED
- Fingerprinting
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.50 – $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4, 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts
- Morning and Evening shifts as available
- Monday to Sunday

Homecare Service Marketer
We are looking for a Field Marketer (full time: exp. preferred) to join our team! If you are a passionate marketer with a flair for promoting homecare services? Look no further! We are a reputable homecare agency, dedicated to providing exceptional care for our clients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking a talented marketer to join our team. This is a FT/PT Position.
Hours: Monday through Friday (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM).
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is to secure business/clients
- Oversee and coordinate service development and marketing trends
- Liaise with hospital and nursing homes
- Determine service demands and customer awareness
- Develop pricing strategies to maximize return on investment
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Review and optimize marketing budget
- Monitor and report on customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing homecare business felids
- Considerable experience working in home care setting
- Establish and maintain good relationships with hospitals, nursing services, social services, therapy offices and various other medical and non-medical support services
- Chat with hospitals, doctors, prospective clients and their families about the home care services the agency provides
- Experience in a managerial role
- Strong project management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Deadline and detail-oriented
Remuneration
- This is a salary position, with a commission
